The MARIAPE ChatBot is an innovative technological tool, which acts as an automated assistant for the attention and advice of the SENA community, through virtual channels (chat on the Web portal and Mobile Application); with the possibility of transferring complex questions to our professionals from the Public Employment Agency through the tools internal email.
The system works as a conversation window that understands questions asked by users in natural language, and provides timely answers from a knowledge base specially designed for this purpose.
It provides intelligent management of queries, availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simultaneous attention to hundreds of users, allowing to provide a more satisfying service to common and repetitive queries.
